Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner, who was appointed as Anganbadi Karyakatri on 15.5.2001 in Village Asuraina, Block Navtanwa, District Maharajganj and performed her duties, subsequently, she got married on 23.1.2018 and now is living with her husband at Bareily. She claims that she is entitled to be considered for absorption at Bareilly in terms of Clause 10 of the Government Order dated 29.1.2021.
The present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation in terms of Government Order dated 29.1.2021 before the respondent no. 2 who shall consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the said Government Order and pass a reasoned order thereupon within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the application along with the present order.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said direction.
