The present application has been filed alleging that the selection of the petitioner entails approval by the District Inspector of School.
It is argued that the Management of the Institution has already forwarded the relevant documents for the financial approval for payment of salary on 25.6.2019 (Annexure No. 11). However, the same is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 2 and no decision is being taken. Thus, a prayer for mandamus is prayed.
Considering the fact that it is the Respondent No. 2, which is the authority concerned to pass orders on the papers so forwarded by the Respondent No. 3, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon the Respondent No. 2 to take a decision with regard to financial approval for payment of salary of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the Respondent No. 2.
The writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the said order.
