After a brief submission, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner proposes to approach the competent authority for complying the order dated 30.04.2020 issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of UP, Lucknow.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner would apply for getting the proper No-objection certificate from the Department in which he is working to join the post which has been offered to him.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of .
