The present petition is directed against the suspension order dated 26.09.2020.
In the written instructions, it is indicated that the suspension order dated 26.09.2020 has been revoked vide order dated 02.01.2021 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer/Disciplinary Authority subject to the condition that the disciplinary inquiry pending against the petitioner would continue.
In view of the above fact, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
