Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition at this stage in view of the fact that the selection itself has been set aside by Lucknow Bench of this Court in Service Single No.262 of 2021, decided on 08.01.2021.
Prayer in that regard is not opposed by Sri F. A. Ansari, learned counsel for the respondent Commission.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
