The present petition, sought to be filed in public interest, alleges illegal construction of overhead water tank and Aanganbadi Centre. The same was listed for hearing on May 3, 2019, when this Court had passed the following order:
"There is no declaration in terms of sub-rule (3-A) of Rule 1 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
Learned counsel for the petitioners may file supplementary affidavit within four weeks.
Put up this case on 02.08.2019, as fresh."
There is no compliance to the aforesaid order. Apparently, the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present petition.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
