At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners contends that in respect of present litigation, Case No. 3384 of 2019 (Gram Sabha Vs. Paltu Singh) under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, is already pending before appropriate authority.
In view of above, present P.I.L. is not maintainable and it is liable to be dismissed.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
