Petitioner by way of present petition seeks following direction :
"a- Direct the respondent No.2 i.e. District Magistrate Jaunpur to take action over the outgoing Gram Pradhan of the village -Pooradayal, Pargana Mungra, Tehsil-Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur, Smt. Sunita Devi.
b- Direct the respondent No.2 to decide the application/Complaint Sent by petitioner dated 28.12.2020 as per U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan and Members) enquiry Rules 1997."
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to recourse the Rule 3 of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, UpPradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997.
Prayer is allowed.
Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with said liberty.
