This is a transfer application moved under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. to get transfer of Special Criminal Case No.07 of 2019 (State Versus Sonu alias Shanu), arising out of Case No.93 of 2018, under Section 3(1) UP Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (Gangster Act), Jaunpur from District Court Jaunpur to any other District having the same jurisdiction to try the case.
During the course of argument, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that said criminal case has already been decided on 13.01.2021.
As the case has been decided, therefore, the transfer application has become infructuous.
Hence, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
