In compliance of the Circular Letter No. 15/2005, VIII-119 April 19, 2005 and 04/Admin G-II Dated Allahabad 18.01.2017, the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha is on record which has been filed on the basis of statements of Ravi Shankar Singh son of Nathu Singh @ Nathuna and Sunil Kumar nephew of Nathu Singh @ Nathuna. Both of them have stated that Nathu Singh has died on 28.11.2015. On the basis of these statement, Sandeep Kumar S.I. of police station concerned has also verified the fact of the death of the appellant, hence the report of C.J.M. is accepted.
The appeal stands dismissed as abated.
