Against the impugned order dated 01.10.2020, passed by the Member/Magistrate Child Welfare Committee, the petitioners have a right of Appeal under Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Competent Court.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
