This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs:
a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to produce the corpus/Mohd. Rashid Ali son of Sharafat Ali, R/o 77, Bankhana, P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly, before this Hon'ble Court at the earliest and he may be released forthwith from the illegal detention of the respondents.
Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, holding brief of Sri Karunesh Narayan Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, it may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
