This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs:
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent no.5 to produce the detenue/corpus Smt. Nikku Yadav before this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 23.9.2019 passed by respondent no.-4 (Annexure no.-6).
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the writ petition and therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
