Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA and learned counsel for the complainant.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 4.5.2021 being Case Crime No.100 of 2021 under Sections 147, 342, 171-E, 120-B IPC & 3 (1) (m), 3 (1) (o) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, P.S. Hassayan, Distt. Hathras and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted on 30.11.2021 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
