This writ petition has been filed with prayer to direct the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura to withdraw the investigation of Case Crime No. 71 of 2018 under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura from the respondent No. 3 and handover the same to a competent investigating agency as this Court may deem fit and proper so that just and fair investigation of the case may be carried out.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
