The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.10.2020 registered as Case Crime No.0432 of 2020 under Sections 395, 397, 452, 354(ka), 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Premnagar, District Jhansi.
Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. states that charge sheet has already been submitted in the matter. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
