Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to provide security and safety to the life and property of petitioner from respondent no.4 and also not to harass the petitioner in any manner.
On the matter being taken up today, Smt. Archana Singh, learned AGA-I apprises to the Court that counter affidavit has been filed on 3.11.2021 but till date no rejoinder affidavit has been filed.
List has been revised. None appears for the petitioner in revised call.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
