In pith and substance the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.642/2021 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 379 IPC and Section 3/4 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957, P.S. Kotwali, District Fatehpur.
Learned A.G.A. submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the matter against accused Mahesh Tiwari and Manish Ojha and as such, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
