The present Writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned first information report dated 24.06.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0119 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 313 IPC, 3/4 of D.P.Act and 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District Moradabad.
Sri Arundendra Kumar Singh, learned AGA contends that names of all the petitioners have been expunged from the case and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
