In compliance affidavit, filed yesterday by the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor, it has been stated that a final report has been submitted in respect of the impugned first information report No.0234/2021, dated 19.06.2021, P.S. Nagina, District – Bijnor, in view of the statement of petitioners and the respondent no.4. Since the final report has been submitted by the police, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
In a supplementary affidavit dated 08.08.2021, the petitioners have made allegations that after the order dated 06.08.2021 was passed by this Court, the informant respondent no.4 misinterpreted and made certain face book post which is not fair on his part.
Sri Ashok Mehta, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for the respondent no.4 states that the face book post made by the respondent no.4 has now been deleted.
Be as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the petitioners as well as the informant respondent no.4 not to make any post commenting on each other with reference to the orders passed by this Court and any post made in this regard shall be deleted by both the parties forthwith.
We further direct that both the parties, namely, the petitioners and the informant respondent no.4 shall remain careful in future while making face book posts.
Both the writ petitions dismissed as infructuous.
