Sri Patanjali Mishra, learned A.G.A. states that a charge-sheet in Case Crime No.05 of 2021 dated 18.02.2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 354, 342, 377 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Hathras, has been filed by the police against the petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4. The name of petitioner No.3 has been included.
In view of the aforesaid, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as infrucutous.
