Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.

Against the order dated 2.3.2021 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Mau, under Section 3 (1) of UP Control of Goondas Act, the petitioner has preferred Appeal No. 00181 of 2021 (Computerized No. C202115000000181) Mohd. Taiyab Vs. Additional District Magistrate (F.&.R.) before Commissioner Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, which is pending.

The only prayer is that the aforesaid appeal may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the appellate authority for early hearing of the appeal, who shall consider the same and make endeavor to hear and decide the appeal, expeditiously.
