Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
In pith and substance, the petitioner in the guise of representation dated 18.09.2019 is inclined to get executed the decree dated 13.05.2003 passed by the competent court in Original Suit No.418 of 1995 (Surendra Kumar v. Kanpur Development Authority).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Needless to say, it is always open to the petitioner to invoke the remedy as available in law.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
