List has been revised. Nobody is present for the petitioner. Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is present for the respondents.

The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 6.7.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.12298 of 2018 (Bhanu Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Others). The operative portion of the order is reproduced hereinbelow:-

"In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months, thereafter."

It is argued by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that in compliance of the order of this court, a decision has already been taken on 8.2.2019 by the opposite party, a copy of the said order is appended as annexure nos. 1 to 3 to the affidavit of compliance and no cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.

Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.

Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.

In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
