The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 17.10.2019 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.6713 of 2019 (Smt. Sudha Parihar Vs. Ravindra Singh, District Inspector of Schools, Agra) as well as order dated 24.1.2019 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.1265 of 2019 (Smt. Sudha Parihar Vs. State of U.P. and others).
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with and decision has been taken on 17.02.2020, copy of which is appended as annexure 1 to the affidavit, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
