Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the competent authority vide communication dated 28 August 2019 has computed the interest on the gratuity and the same has been released. A copy of the order has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to raise challenge to the order before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
