The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2094 of 2020, for deciding the recall application dated 31.1.2017, pending in the court of Tehsildar, Saidpur, District Ghazipur, within a period of three months.
It is apparent from the record that there is no wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
