Heard learned counsel for the applicant through video conferencing.
The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Writ-B No. 1839 of 2019 (Jawahar Lal and others Versus Board of Revenue and others), wherein, the Court had directed the trial court to try the suit de novo in accordance with law after hearing all parties to the suit and decide the same within a period of eight months next.

On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
