By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a suitable order directing the court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Kanpur Nagar for expeditiously deciding the O.S. No.331/2014 (Smt. Laxmi Devi vs. Ravindra Shankar Dixit) pending before the court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Kanpur Nagar."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the suit. In view thereof, petition is dismissed.
However, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner making an application to expedite the suit pending before the competent court, it is expected that the Civil Judge (S.D.), Kanpur Nagar, shall consider and decide the petitioners' application, in accordance with law.
