Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel through video conferencing.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate Ballia to decide the revision no. 16 of 2019 Rajendra giri Vs. Land Management committee and another on 29.11.2019, revisino no. 17 of 2019 Bhola Nath giri Vs. Land Management committee and another and a revision no. 02 of 2020 Dharmedra giri Vs. Land Management Committee Khaira Nisfi and another on 09.01.2020, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
