Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that 10 persons including the applicant are said to have caused assault, in which brother of the complainant has received gunshot injury, and specific role of firing has been assigned to coaccused Salman and Rabude. It is further submitted that co-accused Rijwan having identical role has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45852 of 2020 (Rijwan v. State of U.P.) vide order dated 18.12.2020. It is contended that the applicant is in jail since 14.10.2020 and if he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant- Imran Khan, involved in Case Crime No. 419 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned subject to the conditions that he:
