Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.

The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Girijesh Kumar, Amit Kumar and Mannu , with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2019, under Sections- 353, 332, 504, 506 I.P.C and Section 135 of Electricity Act, Police Station- Nichlaul, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of trial.

Learned A.G.A has pointed out that charge sheet has been submitted against the applicants. Therefore, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory thereon.

Learned counsel for the applicants prays for some protection to obtain bail from the court below.

On the request of learned counsel for the applicants, it is directed that the applicants will appear and surrender before the court below within 30 days from today and apply for bail.

¶10

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.

¶11

However, in case, the applicants do not appears before the court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against them.

¶12

It is made clear that the applicants will not be granted any further time by this court for surrendering before the court below as directed above.

With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
