The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Mohd. Akeel,Jameel, smt. Farzana and Sakeel , with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.332 of 2020 , under Sections- 498A,323,504,506,315 I.P.C., and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act Police Station- Chamanganj , District- Kanpur Nagar , during pendency of trial.
The interim anticipatory bail was granted to the applicants by order dated 27.1.2021.
Applicants are already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 27.1.2021. The order is confirmed. The applicants shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 27.01.2021.
The application is allowed.
