Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arun , with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0068 of 2020, under Section- 306 I.P.C., Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of material brought on record as well as complicity of accused, he deserves to be enlarged on anticipatory bail for a period of 45 days or till the cognizance is taken by the Magistrate on the police report submitted u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. before the competent Court, whichever is earlier, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/ concerned Court, subject to the following conditions :-

(i) The applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by the police officer as and when required;
