At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant informed the Court that he approached this Court without approaching earlier to the court below, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application before the court below.
Sri Abhinav Gaur, learned counsel for the informant and Sri O.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State have no objection in this regard.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned court below.
