Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned AGA submits that the police after investigation has submitted a report u/s 173(2) Cr.P.C. against the applicant. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail looses its efficacy, accordingly, the same is hereby rejected .
However, the applicant is granted liberty to ventilate his grievance before appropriate forum.
