Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State through video conferencing and perused the record.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No.437 of 2018, Kritika Singh vs. Saurabh Singh, under Section 406 IPC P.S. Kydganj District Allahabad pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, Allahabad.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
