Heard Sri Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 25 of 2012 (Mohd. Sabir Vs. Sudhir Chand), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sardhana, District Meerut.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case within six months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
