This application is of the year 2008. It appears that by the efflux of time the contesting parties have either lost all interest in the subject matter or the prayer made in this application has been rendered infructuous or no cause of action survives.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is provided that in case the applicants apply for bail, the prayer for bail shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing the Public Prosecutor.
It is further provided that in case the present application survives, the applicants are at liberty to move an application for recalling of this order.
