Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mathura to consider and decide SCC Suit No. 30 of 2019 (Sri Yaminiraman Acharya v. Om Prakash Agrawal) expeditiously and preferably within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the landlord and the tenant-defendant is not paying rent of the shop since 2018, therefore, the petitioner has filed the SCC Suit for arrears of rent and for eviction in which notices has been served to the opposite party but he has not turned up nor did he file any objection or written statement.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material on record, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mathura to consider and decide SCC Suit No. 30 of 2019 (Sri Yaminiraman Acharya v. Om Prakash Agrawal) expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties and preferably within six months.
