Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief;

"(i) direct the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur to decide 6C application dated 20.02.2019 alongwith Suit No. 215 of 2019 (Mohd. Hasan and others Vs. Jamaluddin and others) within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court"

It is contended that a civil suit being Original Suit No. 215 of 2019 was filed by the petitioners seeking relief of permanent injunction. An application 6C for interim injunction was also filed on 20.02.2019 which, according to the petitioners, has remained pending. A prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners for early disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur is directed to decide the interim injunction application (6C) dated 20.02.2019 filed in Original Suit No. 215 of 2019 (Mohd. Hasan and others Vs. Jamaluddin and others), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
