This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs:-

"I Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the demand notice dated 10.07.2019 issued by the respondent No.3/Regional Transport Officer, Prayagraj.

II Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.3/Regional Transport Officer, Prayagraj to decide the representation dated 13.5.2019.

III Issue any suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.

IV Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."

Having gone through the averments made in the writ petition and documents appended thereto, we find that the petitioner ventilating his grievance which has been raised by him in this writ petition has already filed a representation before the respondent No.3 on 12.04.2019 but the same has not been decided.

In view of the same without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.3/Regional Transport Officer, Prayagraj against the

impugned demand notice raising his grievance, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed before respondent no.3 within the time indicated hereinabove, he shall decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation before him.
