Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide compensation in favour of the petitioner with regard to his acquired land bearing Gata No.555 area 0.1210 Hectare situated in Village Mandvivar alias Pachhatiya (Haveli) Tehsil Sadar District Jaunpur.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the bearing respondents to provide compensation in favour of the petitioner with regard to his acquired land bearing Gata No.555 area 0.1210 Hectare situated in Village Mandvivar alias Pachhatiya (Haveli) Tehsil Sadar District Jaunpur till providing compensation in favour of the petitioner and this Hon'ble Court also be pleased to direct the respondents to decide and consider the representation dated 6.12.2019 of the petitioner with regard to providing compensation of his acquired land mentioned above.

(c) Issue any other writ which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

(d) Award the Cost of writ petition in favour of the petitioner."

Having gone through the averments made in the writ petition and the documents appended thereto, we find that for the ventilation of his grievance which has been raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, he has already filed a representation on 6.12.2019 before respondent no.2, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition..

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 6.12.2019 (Annexure-2) pending before him, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
