In paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition itself it has been stated that earlier a Writ Petition No. 39855 of 2019 was filed by the petitioner and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by the order dated 7.12.2019 passed by this Court.
A perusal of the order aforesaid enclosed on page no. 54-A of the paperbook reveals that no liberty was granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
Subsequent petition will not lie under the circumstances. This writ petition is dismissed.
