This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ or order to learned Additional Judicial-II, Agra Mandal, Agra to decide the revision no.1850 of 2019 (Raksha Pal Singh and other vs. Saroj Devi) under Section 210 Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him, within stipulated period."
It appears from the record that the revision was filed before the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra on 24 October 2019. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision is not being decided.
No such order can be issued at this stage.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
