Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, Smt. Subhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel has stated that she is in receipt of the instructions from the Tehsildar dated 31.7.2020 in which it has been stated that the orders have been passed for evicting the respondent nos. 4 to 14 and they have been physically evicted. It has been further stated that the proceedings for recovery of compensation from the private respondents have also been initiated which are underway.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions, the lis does not survive.
This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
