It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Revision No. 57 of 2011 under section 33/39 of Land Revenue Act between Jasram and others vs. Subedar and others is pending consideration before Commissioner Agra Division, Agra/respondent no. 1.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the Revision No. 57 of 2011 under section 33/39 of Land Revenue Act, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
