Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel put his appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6.
In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the Sub Divisional Officer Nizamabad/respondent no. 2 to decide the case no. T-201914060203848 (Pyare Lal and another Vs. Assistant Block Development Officer and others) under section 6-A Panchayat Raj Act Mauja/village Dayalpur, Pargana and Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case filed by the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
