By means of this writ petition the petitioners are seeking information with regard to Case No. 45 of 1981 (Balveer Singh Vs. Basheer Ahmad) which appears to be a case filed under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950.
In case the petitioners want some information, it is always open for the petitioners to approach the concerned authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The writ for the said purpose cannot be issued.
