Heard Sri Shashank Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner claims that his land was utilized for construction of bypass road by P.W.D., Banda being plot No. 263/2 measuring 0.341 hect. situated at village Hardauli (Z area), pargana, tehsil and district-Banda but no compensation has been paid.
In the counter affidavit in paragraph No.7 it has been clearly stated that in case the petitioner is ready to execute a sale deed, the consideration will be paid by the State Authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to execute the sale deed.
That being his case, the writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner execute a sale deed, appropriate consideration would be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law.
